Months 1–3
Find, check, finance, and close on your parcel — and learn every way to buy: private sale, seller financing, tax sales, foreclosures, and auctions. We go deep on auctions and attend a real one together, where you can buy.
Months 4–8
Turn raw land into a real place — organized through five working committees, designed by function, with infrastructure, budget, and long-term sustainability mapped out.
Months 9–10
Gather your people, then stand up your business, brand, website, and community site map — built with the team in your Founder's Year, done for you in The Founder.
Months 11–12
Position your offer, build your marketing and sales system, and raise the capital to fund the build — finishing the year build-ready.

How the year ends
The Founder's Year ends where it was always headed — on the ground. The whole cohort comes together for the homecoming in the American Southwest, on the high-desert land where your membership lives. You'll meet the founders you built the year beside, gather around the fire, and receive your Community Builder Certificate in the open air — not on a screen. You arrive a student. You leave a founder, boots on Southwest ground.
